1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Home Health & Safety Inc. ("ROSE," "we," "us," or "our"), including any content, functionality, and services offered (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting your email to join our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or join the waitlist.

3. Waitlist and Pre-Launch Status

The Site is a pre-launch teaser. ROSE products and services are not yet available. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of access to any product or service. We may change, delay, or cancel any planned product or service at any time without liability.

4. No Medical or Health Advice

ROSE is a consumer wellness and environmental-awareness offering. It is not a medical device, diagnostic service, or treatment, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Information on the Site about contaminants, exposures, the exposome, or health is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical or professional advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Individual results vary, and no specific health outcome is promised or implied. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concern, and do not delay seeking medical advice because of anything on the Site.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the ROSE name, logo, text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to Home Health & Safety Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or third-party contact information without authorization.

7. Email Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails from us about ROSE, including launch updates and related communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York.
